Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans; however, we want you to love your brew and will gladly replace any damaged or incorrect items. For non-perishable merchandise and equipment, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.
Return Process

Ensure your item is eligible for return by verifying it is a non-perishable product or was received damaged during transit.

- 3.Ship Your Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
