How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee?

We roast our beans in small batches at our San Antonio facility and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting. Every bag is stamped with a 'Roasted On' date to ensure you receive the freshest product possible.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer nationwide shipping via UPS and USPS. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer a subscription service?

Yes! You can subscribe to your favorite blends and save 15% on every order. You have the flexibility to choose your delivery frequency and can pause or cancel at any time through your account portal.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or if you are unsatisfied, please contact our support team within 14 days and we will make it right.

Is your coffee ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We practice 'Direct Trade,' meaning we build long-term relationships with our farmers. This ensures they are paid well above Fair Trade prices and that we maintain the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
